Here's a new idea I gave to one of our members...

Joe Thomas, owns a temporary secretary agency in Houston, Texas. He had an enormous amount of secretaries that were looking for temporary positions. Most of these were Mothers that didn't want to make a long commitment. The Houston employment market was getting tight and Joe wanted to know what he could do to give his temps some work.

Here's my answer:

Place some classified ads for "virtual secretaries" in the "positions wanted" columns on classified sites throughout the Internet. Joe's temps can answer email, provide customer service, and even take dictation over the Internet. Most people with children have computers with Internet access in their homes nowadays, so this makes complete sense for Joe and his secretaries.

Now, Joe spends his time searching the net and positioning resumes for his temps. He gets them the work and makes a small percentage for his efforts. which has added up to a great business. Isn't that something?
