Right now we are working on the structure for handling over 1000 communications with our members from 4smallbusiness.com at the same time. We have grown so rapidly that we are in the processes of hiring more business advisors and testing new technologies to serve our members more efficiently.

In mid April we will be using a new software program named iContact. This program will allow us to see when you are on our site and what you are doing on our site. If it seems as if you need help we can contact you through your browser and we can chat with each other by writing back and forth.

We can also control your browser so that if you are looking for a particular area of the 4smallbusiness web site we can send the page to you through your browser and you can just sit back and watch and learn.

We will begin training on this new software on April 10th and please be patient. It really is amazing software and you'll love the fact that we can help you any time you are on our site.
